iPhone 3G review: Twice the hype, half the novelty


It's finally here - the iPhone 3G. No, we mean that literally. It's finally at our office and boy, are we excited! GPS, HSDPA purring under the new iPhone hood with a hefty number of software enhancements.
But all them software goodies are available for the first-gen iPhone too - so is it worth the fuss? It may as well be, but we never know before we take it out for a spin.

Nokia N96 Review


Nokia has announced Nokia N96 in the 2008 Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, in Spain, this is supposed to be the most feature packed smartphone made till date.
Nokia N96 has the the dual-sliding function like N95 it is also sporting a pair of gaming keys to the multimedia cluster on extra slide panel that can be used for N-Gage games. It has a 5 megapixel camera with auto-focus and Carl Zeiss lenses accentuated by a dual LED flash that can also function as a video recording light.

Motorola VE66 announced, 5 MP camera and Wi-Fi confirmed



Today Motorola announced their second 5MP phone - the slider VE66. The other highlight feature is the Wi-Fi connectivity. Most of the specifications that were rumored when images of the phone leaked about 1 month ago were confirmed by the press release issued by the American company today.

Google voice search coming to the iPhone really soon

Google have taken searching to a next level and announced that they will be releasing an upgrade of their iPhone search application, which will feature voice recognition. So next time when you are out and about - don't just type in your search term, say it.
The new version of the Google Search application is expected to become available next Friday. When a user asks the application a question, the voice will be recorded and sent to the Google servers, analyzed and then sent along to the Google search engine. (Read full article at gsmarena.com )
